I’m incredibly pleased to be the host of the TTS Talking Early Years podcast season 3.

“As host of the TTS Talking Early Years Podcast series: Inclusive Practice in the Early Years, Shaddai aims to raise awareness of the importance of representation across the sector, both in the pedagogy, language and approaches being used, as well as representation of the staff who work in the sector. Shaddai will be joined by a number of guests to discuss topics such as gender in children’s play, the importance of inclusive practice and neurodiversity and ASN.
